Sanchi Gillett, Founder of Ease Enterprises Inc., has worked professionally in the design/build/construction industry since 1986, first in Europe and then in the US, providing specs for FF&E (furniture, fittings and equipment) as well as design palates for interior and exterior finishes. As part of a team, she works skillfully with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors, so that esthetic and sustainable recommendations are integrated into the design build process.

While working with an international organization, Sanchi was responsible for 850,000 sq. ft. of facilities on 600 acres, and simultaneously in charge of design project reviews in Europe, Australia, Mexico, India, and the US. Projects came in on time and within budget, with clearly defined strategies, goals, roles and responsibilities. She initiated the first green design team and researched and hired engineers and architects who were leaders in the field of sustainable design in the 90’s to advise and be involved in Master Planning and renovations. She is experienced with universal design principles and code requirements.
